corneating The Waitangi Weekend Market on the 5th February was full of fun activities.

The cooking demo hosted by Riccarton House Bistro was delicious and the crowd loved it - Smoked Eel Risotto with PikoPiko. With the Eel from Moko Smoked Eel.
