Using delicious Southern Glory seafood from Stewart Island, New Zealand, the pies are individually handmade then baked to perfection at one of Christchurch’s leading bakeries.
Varieties include Southern Glory Oyster, Vintage Steak and Oyster, Greenshell Mussel White Wine, Greenshell Mussel and Mild Curry and Blue Cod, Parsley and Salmon.
Currently sold through various cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as The Christchurch Farmers Market and the S.O.L.E Market, Christchurch Arts Centre.
Ocean Divine uses Southern Glory oysters and mussels in their products, grown in the pristine waters of Big Glory Bay, Stewart Island, on lines suspended in nutrient rich waters, the oyster and mussels are kept free from grit or sand.
All Southern Glory seafood is organically grown and certified by Assured Quality Organics. Southern Glory oysters are unique to Stewart Island, where the sea water is cool and pollution free and continuously monitored by New Zealand Food Safety Authority.
