Michael Cooper started creating fudge and chocolates over 20 years ago and as a result, Fudge Fresh and Natural was born.

Using old family recipes, Micheal has developed these into the products you can see and taste at the market, produced weekly and using only natural ingredients.

Each week you will find Michael and family at the Christchurch Farmers Market where they sell various fudges including a fudge of the week. Come and say hello and smaple these wonderful products.
