Traditionally Tuscan, owned and operated by Paula and Gianni Barbafiera, is an Artisan wholesale bakery specialising in traditional Italian style dolce.

We offer a wide range of Italian biscuits, together with authentic hand crafted Panforte. Many of our products are regional specialities of Siena, Italy – well known and loved by Tuscans and travellers alike.  To re-create these traditional goods,  we use original recipes and methods in our bakery.  Everything is hand crafted in small batches  with no compromise on ingredients and time, thus producing the consistent high quality we strive for.  This is a family affair, so come down and meet us or one of our beautiful daughters and try some of Italy's best loved dolce!
