Our fresh pasta is preferred by top chefs because of it's excellent quality and texture. We also ensure you get the freshest product as we produce to order and vacuum pack. Shelf life 6 weeks chilled.

Lasagne sheet – Roll 2kg, W300mm x L4.5mtr - 4 week shelf life (layered with baking paper )
Cut Lasagne sheet 1kg – 190mm x 300mm - 6 week shelf life

Flavoured egg pasta – Hand folded, made to order
All flavoured pasta are available in any of the above cuts or Lasagne sheet rolls

* Cracked pepper - New York cut black pepper with fresh egg pasta
* Field mushroom and dried forest mix mushrooms in fresh pasta
