A easy, delicious Tunisian sauce for Salmon. You can either marinade salmon before cooking or you can drizzle the sauce over the salmon once it has been cooked.
3 Tbs Coriander Seeds
1 Tbs Carraway Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Handful chopped fresh coriander
2 Tbs Olive Oil
salt and pepper
Toast all the seeds and grind in a morter and pestle.
Add the fresh , chopped coriander, the olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Marinade the salmon in the dressing prior to cooking or drizzle over the dressing after cooking the salmon.
