Management of the orchard and food production draws on 30 years working experience for a major international food processing company. This wealth of the experience brings a dedication to quality and passion for the excellence.
Our philosophy is to create, fresh, great tasting products using hazelnuts, walnuts and fruits sourced mainly from our orchard or selected local growers. We offer products that are handcrafted in small batches to ensure exceptional quality, using traditional methods. We select only the best fruit and nuts. Our products are free of preservatives and additives.
