Posh Porridge
We make delicious porridge using New Zealand grown steel-cut oats, and serve it hot with homemade fruit toppings at the Christchurch Farmers Market each week. Our porridge menu changes monthly, but always features several regular flavours - raspberry compote with white chocolate crumble, mixed berry, banana & granola (v/df), banana with toffee sauce and roasted almonds and Nigellaβs prunes soaked in marsala and earl grey with walnut dark chocolate crumble. The other flavours change depending on what fruit we can get our hands on, and what we feel like cooking!
